- MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSONS HAVING EXPERIENCED IN SALES ON FMCG (MAIN) PRODUCTS.
- HAVE TO WORKING IN NATIVE DISTRICT/ZONE/AREA WISE FOR SS (UNDER PRIMARY SALES) AND PIN CODE WISE FOR DISTRIBUTORS (UNDER SECONDARY SALES).
- UNDER PRIMARY SALES HAVE TO MAKE SUPER ON DISTRICT/ZONE/AREA WISE & DISTRIBUTORS ON PIN CODE WISE UNTIL AREA COVERED.
- UNDER SECONDARY SALES HAVE TO FINDING RETAILERS AND MADE SOLD IN PIN CODE AREA WISE AS PER DISTRIBUTORS PIN CODE AREA ALLOTED BY COMPANY NORMS.
- EVERY MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSON HAS TO MAKE 1 (ONE) SUPER STOCKIST FIRST TIME OR AT LEAST 5 (FIVE) DISTRIBUTORS (DIRECTLY) IN HIS/HER CONCERNED AREA FIRST TIME.
- IF ANY MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSON MADE THE SUPER STOCKIST(SS) IN A OTHER DISTRICT/AREA OR CSA IN MULTIPLE DISTRICTS UNDER THE COMPANY RULES HE/SHE GET EXTRA REMUNARATION.
- THE REMUNERATION STRUCTURE (%) WILL GET ON TOTAL MONTHLY TURN OVER EXECUTED BY CSA & SS AS FOLLOWS:

- ADDITIONALLY 0.25% ONTOTAL TURN OVER AMOUNT EXECUTED INVOICE AS TA/DA PER MONTH AND 25% ON TOTAL TURN OVER AMOUNT EXECUTED INVOICE IN OTHER AREA FOR 1ST YEAR ONLY.
- THE MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSON NEVER ALOWED TO COLLECTING MONEY ANY WAY FROM RETAILERS/DISTRIBUTORS/SUPER/CSA, THE CSA/SS HAVE TO MADE THROUGH COMPANY’S PRESCRIBED BANK ACCOUNT AND THE DB/RETAILERS THROUGH CSA/SS’S ACCOUNT ONLY.
- IF ANY MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSON WANT TO WORK WITH FIXED PAYOUT OF 12000/-PM AND TA/DA RS. 4000/-PM (RS. 1000/- PER WEEK BASIS) THEN HE/SHE HAVE TO JOINING WITH 1 (ONE) SUPER STOCKIST & AT LEAST 5 DISTRIBUTORS (THOSE HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT DISBURSHED INTO COMPANY’S PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT*) IN HIS/HER CONCERNED AREA AND HE/SHE WILL GET ADDITIONALLY 0.25% ON HIS/HER TOTAL CONCERNED TURN OVER AMOUNT EXECUTED INVOICE.
- THE COMPANY ONLY HAVING RESERVE THE APPOINTING RIGHT FOR ALL OF DOWNSTREEM OF SS (DISTRIBUTORS/WHOLESELLERS ETC) APPOINTMENT AND MARKETING-CUM-SALES PERSON HAVE TO SENT EVERYDAY’S SALES & MARKETING REPORT (ENCLUDING ALL DATA) FOR COMPANY DATABASE.
